The CNC machining shop consists of “Takisawa” CNC Turning Centres, “Citizen” CNC Sliding Head Lathes and “Gildemeister” CNC 5 axes Sliding Head Lathe. The CNC Turning Centres have capability to produce highly accurate components repeatedly and reliably. Long and slender components upto 16mm diameter can be produced very efficiently on the Citizens and the Gildemeister has capacity of 25.4mm diameter.

Multispindle Automats are available with capacity ranging from 25.4mm diameter to 67mm diameter.

The Tube bending and Tube End Forming machines are capable of manufacturing tube manipulated assemblies. Apart from tube bending, flaring and beading, the one piece elbows including one piece flange adapters are produced using these machines.

We are the only fitting manufacturer in India to have a Continuous Belt type Conveyor Brazing and Annealing Furnace. The “Mahler” furnace is specially designed for annealing of Mono-block Elbows and Ferrules. The furnace is also capable of copper brazing of parts. The annealing is done without any scale formation by using a protective(inert) environment inside the furnace.

Hose Assemblies are manufactured using “Finn power” hose and nut crimping machines. We have capability of manufacturing hose assemblies upto 10” ID. including Concrete-hose Assemblies upto 6” for 100 Bar working pressure.

Hydrostatic proof and burst pressure test can be performed as per standards or to suit customer requirements.

The design & development centre is equipped with the latest CAD software for undertaking complex design, preparing engineering drawings and using 3D modelling techniques.

Apart from measuring instruments like digital vernier, micrometer, dial gauge etc. the following inspection and measuring equipment are available for error free inspection of product:
