Lean Manufacturing

Machine Shop consists of CNC Turning Centers, CNC Sliding Head Automats, 5 Axes Sliding Head Lathes and a battery of Multi-spindle Automats with capability of churning out over 20 million components annually.

The Assembly area is endowed with state of art equipment like CNC Hose Swaging, CNC Nut Crimping, Hose & Tube Flushing, CNC Tube Bending, Tube End Forming for manufacturing Hose and Tube Assemblies. Swaged Hose Assemblies can be manufactured up to 10'' ID and to suit extreme working pressure of 1400 bar.

Infrastruture-product-2
The CNC machining shop consists of  CNC Turning Centres, CNC Sliding Head Lathes and CNC 5 axes Sliding Head Lathe. The CNC Turning Centres have capability to produce highly accurate components repeatedly and reliably.
Long and slender components up to 16mm diameter
can be produced very efficiently on the CNC Sliding Head Lathes and the CNC 5 axes Sliding Head Lathe has capacity of 25.4mm diameter.

Multispindle Automats are available with capacity ranging from 25.4mm diameter to 67mm diameter.

We are the only fitting manufacturer in India to have a Continuous Belt type Conveyor Brazing and Annealing Furnace. The furnace is specially designed for annealing of Mono-block Elbows and Ferrules. The furnace is also capable of copper brazing of parts. The annealing is done without any scale formation by using a protective (inert) environment.

The Tube bending and Tube End Forming machines
are capable of manufacturing tube manipulated assemblies. Apart from tube bending, flaring and beading, the one piece elbows including one piece flange adapters are produced using these machines.

Flating Plant : The tireless Endeavour to set high standards has inspired us to install a PLC controlled fully automatic Electroplating Plant.

  • Alkaline ROHS complaint Zinc Plating with Cr-III Passivation in Iredescent or Silver Blue.
  • Daily capacity of 30,000 sq. inch in VAT and 2,000 Kgs in Barrel.
  • Effluent treatment plant along with scrubber reinforces our commitment to safeguard the environment.

 Fully equipped Laboratory with Salt Spray Chamber, Plating Thickness measurement Gauge and Titration Apparatus.

hose-assemly
Hose Assemblies are manufactured using "Finn power" hose and nut crimping machines. We have capability of manufacturing hose assemblies up to 10" ID. including Concrete-hose Assemblies up to 6" for 100 Bar working pressure.

Hydrostatic proof and burst pressure test can be performed as per standards or to suit customer requirements.

design-development

The design & development centre is equipped with the latest CAD software for undertaking complex design, preparing engineering drawings and using 3D modelling techniques.
 

Apart from measuring instruments like digital vernier, micrometer, dial gauge etc. the following inspection and measuring equipment are available for error free inspection of product:
